Terms of sale

1. Research use only

All products sold by Function Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary ingestion, injection, topical application, or any other use in or on the body. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing on behalf of a research organization, laboratory, clinic, or business, that you are at least 21, and that you will handle and use the products lawfully and in line with accepted laboratory practice.

We do not provide dosing, administration, or medical guidance, and we cannot advise on human use. Requests for that guidance will be declined.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. We accept it when we verify your payment and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, if the pricing or product information was published in error, or if we believe the order is not for legitimate research use. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we return your payment in full.

3. Prices and account pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Approved clinic accounts receive tier pricing, which is set by us and applied automatically to every order placed with that account's email. Referral codes give the stated discount on the order they are used on. Discounts do not stack — where more than one could apply, you receive the larger.

4. Payment

Orders are paid by Zelle to 775-467-7067 (FUNCTION P & CO, LLC), with your order number in the memo so we can match it. We ship only after payment is received and verified against our bank records. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled. We never take card details on this site.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, by UPS Next Day Air, packed on ice. Orders ship Monday through Wednesday so temperature-controlled packages are not held over a weekend. Shipping is free on orders over $300 after discounts; below that a flat $49 applies, shown at checkout before you confirm. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for giving us a complete, accurate address where someone can receive a cold-chain package. We are not responsible for products left unattended, refused, or spoiled after successful delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised product. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or short, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Documentation

A certificate of analysis is issued for every batch. Customers can request the COA for any compound in their order and we email it, matched to the lot shipped. See Certificates of Analysis.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Clinic and affiliate accounts are approved at our discretion, and we may change a pricing tier, or suspend or close an account, where an account is misused or the terms of the relationship change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of the products outside their stated research purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
